Robust, scalable technology

Behind IWE's ease of use lies a modern cloud architecture designed to offer security, performance and scalability. Designed to support both small teams and large organisations, the platform is based on a proven technical stack and flexible microservices, guaranteeing seamless integration and optimum availability.

  • Technical architecture

IWE is an aPaaS: a cloud platform that provides all the tools and services needed to create and deploy Case Management web applications.

It is designed to provide services to several customers (tenants) simultaneously, while isolating each customer's data and processes to ensure the confidentiality and security of their information, and enabling applications for completely different businesses to be managed on the same platform.

  • Technical stack

The platform has been developed on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React and Node) using a microservices architecture. All the microservices communicate via Rest APIs or Queue systems.

A range of product integrations are available to manage email, SMS, calendar synchronisation and electronic signatures. The platform is deployed on AWS (alternatives available) and managed via Kubernetes.

  • Hosting

iWE applications are deployed on shared or dedicated environments, in Europe or France.

100 % of interactions between the backend and frontend of the iWE platform are based on REST APIs.
So there's an API for all your business integrations!

Our integration team can build and maintain integrations between your iWE application and your third-party business solutions.

We can also provide you with training and support so that your IT department can carry out these integrations independently.
